Secure Shopping
- Protecting your order information is a priority. We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure safe, secure transactions. With SSL, information sent via the Internet is encrypted, and can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. We believe this element provides the most effective way to ensure that your order information is protected while offering a very secure shopping environment.
- Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We do not transfer credit card numbers via email, and ask that in any email correspondence with us you refrain from doing so as well. Canceling an Order
- If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email info@beer-winemakers.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged. (See Returns & Exchanges Policies)
- Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
- You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
Methods of Payment
- We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®, credit card numbers in payment of orders. Generally, we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order. If all ordered items are not currently available, we will ship what we have and charge you only for what we have shipped. If additional stock is expected within the next 30 days, we will ship your back-ordered items when they arrive and charge your card for those items at time of shipment. If an item is out-of-stock and not expected to arrive within 30 days, we will contact you about the delay and ask for your instructions as to whether you want the product shipped when it becomes available. Our shipping charges are described at Shipping and Services and Canadian & International Orders. We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.
- If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Tax policy
- Tax is based on Massachusetts tax rates.
- Tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order.
- If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item.
Returns & Exchanges
- Should any product fail to meet your expectations, for any reason, simply return it with proof of purchase. We will replace it, refund the cost of the item less shipping and service fees, or credit your credit card, depending on your original payment method.
- If you are returning a product you received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item or gift certificate of equal value.
- On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Validating or Rejecting Your Order.
- After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you provide to verify availability of your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or other contact information you have given us with the order. Your credit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if a charge has been made against your card.
